Shayne loves to teach, coach and consult. He’s been speaking, teaching, coaching and consulting in one form or another for 24 years, either as a professional actor, producer, director, business consultant, teacher, trainer, facilitator, CEO or keynote speaker.
With ten children and an active life, aligning everything to purpose and building the right platform to lead from has been essential. Clarifying, implementing and measuring what matters most has become a vibrant part of his life, work and family.
Through Servant Development, Shayne devotes his time to facilitating, speaking, writing, teaching and designing. At home, he aims to be a husband, father, and friend to those he’s been blessed to walk alongside.
Having had the honour of helping hundreds of leaders, families, organizations and their communities to find their unique value and get clear on why they’re here, where they’re meant to be and what they’re meant to do, Shayne has seen first hand how realizing your purpose continues to bring hope, meaning, and life to all involved in ways never imagined.
Shayne, his wonderful wife Shelley, and their children live in Alberta, Canada.
